> 3 dayThis dye was fairly effective for dyeing a thick white Egyptian cotton sheet that I had sewn into a dress for my daughter. It was pretty easy to use (I just grabbed a 5 gallon bucket, lined it with a kitchen trash bag, and followed the dyeing instructions). The color came out nice and vivid, and did not seem to fade when I washed the dress a couple of times after dyeing. The only issue I had was that the color did not apply evenly to the whole dress despite two separate rounds of the dyeing process (which used up en entire jar of dye), though that may be due to the fact that I was using repurposed fabric.

> 3 dayUsed this set for a tie dye party for young girls. With the colors available, we were able mix in order to make an entire rainbow of colors (instead of buying all the colors separately). Theres an online table that recommends the mixing ratios for better results. Used ketchup style squeeze bottles for application, and the end results were perfect. Colors were vibrant (per other reviews I used double the amount recommended on the package when mixing). I havent had many problems with bleeding after the fact. Set was enough to make about 15 child-size garments, and we didnt even use the black.

> 3 dayThis was a great kit to test my hand at mixing my own colors and dyeing a few pieces of material. Just please use gloves and a very good mask around the dye powder and soda ash. They can cause very strong reactions in some people. And, let your items batch (sit after dyeing, before rinsing) for 48 hours and you will get much, much deeper colors!

> 3 dayThe tye dye product was great. It could use a little more instructions, such as wear gloves when dealing with the soda ash. I ended up absorbing so much in through my skin i was really sick for the rest of the day. Which, i was wearing glovs for the actual tye dye part, but didnt think i would need then just to soak the shirts in the soda ash. Other than that the product is great and the end result was awsome!
