> 24 hourAfter major headache with the suggested app of Shipping Printer, found one that actually works with the Jaden printer. The app I found is called ReturnPal and worked as soon as I downloaded and installed it. One that was installed, my iPhone connected right away and printed a test label. Still having issues getting printer to connect to my MacBook Pro via the cable, but I am sure that will be able to rectified even though the driver software was installed per Jaden’s instruction manual.

> 24 hourShippingPrinter instructions video is misleading. The video does not show all the steps. It shows printing a pdf file from your phone. But it takes much work to create correctly formatted pfd label file. eBay makes pdf with label and instructions on one page. You would need to crop eBay to have only the label and you need to orient it correctly. Other printers have software to do all the work for you but this printer makes you do the most of the hard work. It takes me less time to print the whole eBay label page on paper, cut the label and tape it on a package than using this printer. Considering to return.

It wasn’t until I was in the process of hooking it up that I read in the instructions that it was not compatible. I was so disappointed and returned the same day I received it… I was so excited… would have been a great deal if it had worked for my computer.

> 24 hourI havent had ANY problem with print quality or setup. My only complaint is that sometimes it prints the wrong direction. It seems to dislike printing from a browser, specifically. Otherwise, Im very happy with it.
