Just got this last month and I took it out for a bbq in Chicago and ofcourse, it was a really windy chilly day but the whole time we were there the music sounded crispy clear and the bass was definitely pounding. I believe the volume wasnt even half way and was still getting good sound. I also remember it had full charge before the bbq and the next day I checked the battery levels and it was still ducking full. Music started playing around 6pm and stopped around 11pm. Im ducking glad I went with this instead of the Bose.

Extremely dissapointed in the product and the quality check of amazon as shortly after using the product i charged it for the second time and the battery died and now the speaker will not play unless the charger is plugged in which makes this speaker almost useless as there are better alternatives for wired speakers. i would recommend that you do not buy this product from amazon and only from the factory outlet of this company where you can get a warrenty as the thirty day return policy was used up in travelling and i could not fully use the speaker and now i am left with an almost useless product. i am also apprehensive that there is some design flaw in this product as after doing some research, i have found that quite a few people have faced this problem so before you buy this speaker be 100% sure

It doesnt come in the original packaging but the product is just like if it was new! Works great, no bugs or issues.

Excellent sound and battery life. Strange turning on sounds that I think are unnecessary but one in the volume and quality of sound are very good. I did not check the water resistance.

I purchased one new Jbl extreme a couple of months ago. I just purchased a second one but decided to go with refurbished one and I cant tell any difference between the two. $100 discount for refurbished that looks and sounds as good as the new out of he box product is awesome.
