I like the ease of use of this smart outlet. It works well with my echo show. The USB ports are a plus. I use it to turn on and off my lights and works like a charm. My issues with it is that it’s a little big and also you only have to use the 3 prong outlet. So I can’t use it with any outlets. Only the 3 prong ones. However it’s a very good quality, well made and very affordable for the good function.

Pros: Easy to set up and use. Cons: Large size prevents two from fitting into standard outlet. USBs are NOT switched independently. The description implies there is 4-way control, but there are only 3 switches. Two for the AC outlets, and one for both USB outlets.

You can’t turn the USB ports on and off separately. You have to either turn both on or neither :(

This is my first smart plug. after browsing several products, ended up with this. mainly the design is great. comes with 2 plugs and 2 USBs. USB ports are really useful. no need to have an adapter for charging phones or iPad. coming to the smart plug, Alexa integration is very easy and 2 plugs can be controlled differently which is very good. if you dont have Alexa, you can still control them by downloading the app. I use it to control my TV and also charge my iPhone and Ipad through the USB ports. It is always good to have smart plugs to make life easier. especially when u want to control things remotely.

I have installed many smart plugs and sockets which are managed by my SmartLife App. This device proves to be one of the most finicky with respect to its WiFi connectivity. Initially, I thought I had it all set up and ready to go, but the device would begin to go OFFLINE intermittenly. I tried reconfiguring it to another WiFi 2.4GHz AP that I have, and it wont connect at all and Smart App would complain that it fails to connect to the router. Other smart devices connect to these 2.4 WiFi AP without issues. I tried a few more times but with the same results. I finally gave up and deemed this device is not usable for my application. Disappointing! Back to Amazon it goes!

I use this as a timer for my reptile lights, works amazing.

Wish this product worked better, cant get this to stay connected, resorted to turning my light on and off manually.

Does not work with IFTTT

I am not tech savvy so it took me more time to set up then someone who is. I finally got it set up but not without aggravation. Then this morning they had an update and again frustration. I need to use Alexa to turn on my light and if not for that I would use it.

Literally everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, it has connectivity issues and has to be unplugged and plugged back in. They clearly went as cheaply as possible with the firmware and it shows. The only upside is the usb ports work all the time, so its worth keeping as a dual USB block.
