> 3 dayI like the ease of use of this smart outlet. It works well with my echo show. The USB ports are a plus. I use it to turn on and off my lights and works like a charm. My issues with it is that it’s a little big and also you only have to use the 3 prong outlet. So I can’t use it with any outlets. Only the 3 prong ones. However it’s a very good quality, well made and very affordable for the good function.

> 3 dayTrying to get this set up is impossible if you have a 5g wifi. Super frustrating and not worth it. Will definitely be returning

> 3 dayThis product was really good to setup and very easy to connect to Alexa. It works perfectly fine and has made my life easy. It can easily control lights in the room and responds well to the commands. The USB charging is quick.

> 3 dayLike many other smart plugs, this app can be controlled from SmartLife app. Since, I have a bunch of other plugs that works with the same, it was an added advantage for me. The app offers usual smart plugs features, like scenes and routines. The best thing about this plug is it comes with an 1x2 configuration, which basically doubles the number of electrical outlet. Theres two USB outputs as well which is awesome, comes very handy while charging the phone. Theres a physical ON/OFF switch at the top.

> 3 dayI have used a few smart plugs out there and they all work the same way. What I like about this one is that u can individually control each plug or USB and also add a timer to the plugs. I use it to charge my phone so the plug isnt on the entire night. The timer really helps. Integration with google home was easy i used the smart life app and it took a couple of tries to work but it works great now that I have it paired up. It is also not very expensive as some of the ones in the market. Definitely recommend it !

Greater than one weekI have installed many smart plugs and sockets which are managed by my SmartLife App. This device proves to be one of the most finicky with respect to its WiFi connectivity. Initially, I thought I had it all set up and ready to go, but the device would begin to go OFFLINE intermittenly. I tried reconfiguring it to another WiFi 2.4GHz AP that I have, and it wont connect at all and Smart App would complain that it fails to connect to the router. Other smart devices connect to these 2.4 WiFi AP without issues. I tried a few more times but with the same results. I finally gave up and deemed this device is not usable for my application. Disappointing! Back to Amazon it goes!

Greater than one weekWorks really well. I love that the outlets can be switched on off separately then the USB from the app. Make sure youre using a 2.4 G WiFi. My phone defaulted to a 5G Wi-Fi, and wouldnt connect. Once I figured that out it connected no problem.

> 3 dayYou can’t turn the USB ports on and off separately. You have to either turn both on or neither :(

Greater than one weekI have my treadmill downstairs, so I use Alexa to turn on the treadmill, cooling fan and light on the stairs before I go down to exercise. This plug made it easy to integrate to one command to start my workout safely. I can also issue separate commands when I am done with the treadmill to turn off individual components when I move to weights and floor work. Its great to have the USB to connect my phone and tablet to, as well. I am rural, so I rely on cellular wifi, and my wifi hot spot limits the number of devices I can connect. Having multiple connections on a single plug solves my smart home issues.
