I live in a ver big room. This smart plug solved my big problem of going to the switch and turning it off. This is very nice oriduct for the price. It can even be connected to alexa, its an awesome feature. I loved it overall

I dont know why this product has such high reviews. First off, the stated voltage and amps is inconsistent between the posting and the manual, which is very important if youre trying to run appliances. The app that connects to the plug is absolute garbage and required my location data to even connect to wifi. Returned without even completing the setup.

Trying to get this set up is impossible if you have a 5g wifi. Super frustrating and not worth it. Will definitely be returning

I have installed many smart plugs and sockets which are managed by my SmartLife App. This device proves to be one of the most finicky with respect to its WiFi connectivity. Initially, I thought I had it all set up and ready to go, but the device would begin to go OFFLINE intermittenly. I tried reconfiguring it to another WiFi 2.4GHz AP that I have, and it wont connect at all and Smart App would complain that it fails to connect to the router. Other smart devices connect to these 2.4 WiFi AP without issues. I tried a few more times but with the same results. I finally gave up and deemed this device is not usable for my application. Disappointing! Back to Amazon it goes!

Overall pretty happy with this product, works well with my existing “smart life” app and plugs, each socket is controlled with its own timer, the only thing I am slightly disappointed in was that both usbs are on one timer but not enough to lower its rating

No matter what I did, I could not get this to work. I have 2 Amazon plugs and they work flawlessly.
