Works good and really makes lights easier with the timer function for our lizards

I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but was so impressed with these. I use timers all over my house, and they’re awful because you can’t accurately get a time, and if they lose power for a moment you have to reset them. Trying to sync with other devices is next to impossible. with these, it was so easy. setup took about 2 minutes. schedule was easy to complete, and easy to sync. for the price, these are a 10/10

I was able to set this up in minutes and it works great with my Amazon Alexa. I connected it to a floor lamp and named it Floor Lamp. So, I just say, Alexa, turn on the floor lamp. and its on. I also like the fact that I can control it from any Alexa in my home. So, at night, I can leave it on until Im settled in my bedroom and turn it off from my bedroom Alexa, even though the lamp is in the living room.

Easy to setup and use. Can be controlled while traveling overseas. Inexpensive. Fast response time. Will get more.

Unfortunately there is something wrong with my smart plug. It is not connecting to my lamp. However, the customer support is great. Hanson Chan was very kind, courteous, very professional, respectable, and very knowledgeable about the product. He always checked in on me if there were very long pauses and was extremely polite. The configuration process took about an hour via phone conversation… But Hanson still made his best effort to check in on me and help provide a replacement.

These are super easy to use and I never have to worry about if I left something on or not, since I can turn the plug off remotely just to be safe!!!

I bought them before and they were so good that I bought some more. Actually, I bought some more because one of them stopped working. The new one also didn’t work so it’s probably something on my end. But the three of the four that do work, work great! Only downside is one outlet.

Over the past few years, I have started to replace bulbs with LEDs, sometimes with smart bulbs, and introduced smart plugs. I needed more to allow Xmas window decor to turn on and off on scheduled instead of having to run around and plug in/unplug them at night. I now use them for other purposes since its no longer the holidays. I love the Alexa integration. I am currently using 2 of the 4 that came in this set for a decorative lamp atop a bookcase and a bankers-style lamp on top of a desk. For the timers, I set it and forget it but also with Alexa integration, all I have to do is say, Alexa, turn Bookcase on (or off) or Alexa, turn Desk on (or off). Great plugs and they stay connected to my wifi without fail. Highly recommend these.
