I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but was so impressed with these. I use timers all over my house, and they’re awful because you can’t accurately get a time, and if they lose power for a moment you have to reset them. Trying to sync with other devices is next to impossible. with these, it was so easy. setup took about 2 minutes. schedule was easy to complete, and easy to sync. for the price, these are a 10/10

What a game changer! Light timers simplified, easy to use app, no noisy grinding timer noise. Lights can be turned on and off without messing up timer schedule. You need these in your home!

I tried these in my garage which is located about 100 feet from my house and the signal seemed to be ok. They worked and functioned with no issues (slight hiccup with Alexa) but I ended up returning them because I didnt like that the lighted power button is located on the side of the plug. It makes it very hard to tell if the plug is on or off unless you are standing to the side of the outlet and plug. Other than that issue they seemed pretty good.

Unfortunately there is something wrong with my smart plug. It is not connecting to my lamp. However, the customer support is great. Hanson Chan was very kind, courteous, very professional, respectable, and very knowledgeable about the product. He always checked in on me if there were very long pauses and was extremely polite. The configuration process took about an hour via phone conversation… But Hanson still made his best effort to check in on me and help provide a replacement.

I really appreciate having this product. I tell my Alexa device to turn on and off my lamp and it follows through. I can also program it through the Alexa app. I haven’t tried it with anything other than my lamp.

Security issue to deter undesirables. Excellent product to use to turn on and lights in your house or business Works great if you have cameras in or outside you home or business.
