I have a very petite baby and this works great to support her and fill the space so she can enjoy toys and activities. It is very soft and she seems comfortable in it. The size easily adjusts.

I bought the Huggapod in hopes that I could put my young baby in a jumper more safely at a younger age than is typical. I also got it for a pull-behind running stroller I have (its called a Kidrunner). They recommend the baby to be at least six months or older and to be able to sit up and support their head on their own for both those products, although the Kidrunner is based on weight and height of the baby for when they should be in it. My baby is only 3 and half months old, so obviously a little young for these activities. While she cant quite sit up on her own, she has always been able to hold her head up from birth and was born very very large. She loves standing with support for balance any chance she gets, so I know she has some strength. The Kidrunner tilts up a little bit, so she is very slightly reclined sitting. The straps were just too loose for her though on their own... but sandwixhed in the huggapod, viola! She is supported! Her head doesnt wobble while running and is snug in there. My only concern is its so fuzzy and warm, I will have to be mindful she doesnt get overheated. I would only run in the cool mornings and maybe with a travel AC unit... I cant reccomend doing any of this necessarily because everyones baby is different, and I felt with my baby this was safe after a few fittings and test runs. Im sure this would work great for a jumper, I havent used it for that yet. CONCLUSION: Supportive and does its job. Has several uses. I would DEFINATELY use this in conjunction with a jumper. Its cozy and warm; good for indoors in the cool, but be careful in the sun or outdoor heat! Baby could overheat in the summer. No complaints other than the heat factor, it seems to be built well and can be washed easily.

This product worked for us! Added bonus is this item comes in 2 pieces so its possible to just use the front or back cushion on their own if thats all you need.

Perfect transitional piece for babies not able to sit up by themselves in swings, walkers, or anything else requiring seating. My 3.5 month old can sit properly in a walker now complete with head support and frontal body support. Suoer soft, plush, very supportive. HIGHLY recommend for active babies looking to be more independent at such a young age without the worry of things being too large. :)

This product was recommended to me by someone in our special needs support group. Our daughter loves to be outside and swing, but she has very low tone from her genetic condition and is unable to sit comfortably without slumping a most playground baby swings. The huggapod worked amazingly well and kept her comfortable and well supported. Im excited to try it out for other things like high chairs or bouncers. The only drawback for me is the velour type fabric which may get very hot in summer. Otherwise no complaints!
