This is not the ram you are looking for. If you want dual rank THIS IS NOT IT ! ..... although hypeX does have a dual rank chip at 3200mhz.. THIS ITEM IS SINGLE RANK @ 3200MHZ. BIG DIFFERENCE. Try CRUCIAL ram... its cheaper and better.

Even tho we all know Adobe will bend any computer to its knees, this is a must upgrade from any slower or cheap memory that you have for your laptop or upgrade in memory size. It was a noticeable change on my laptop from a Samsung 32gb, Multicam editing, we all know how that goes, and After effects workflow was a major difference. But any serious rendering you are going to need 128gb. But these are a solid pair of memories, and they handle the job well.

If you want defective ram buy it and then get told to contact the manufacturer with any problems

This memory was for a Dell XPS 15 9510, it did NOT work, it caused two amber and five white lights as an error, not compatible!
