Greater than one weekAfter trying many different products for curly hair, this is my go-to, curly girl approved leave-in conditioner. I apply it in the shower and wrap my hair to let it absorb. My hair is soft and I love that it washes out easily. Great product with minimal ingredients.

Greater than one weekLike many curly girls, I grew up trying every single product marketed toward frizz, kinks, curls, and dryness available in the drugstore. Ive lived through the dreaded Christmas tree triangle haircut, Ive attempted to brush out my curls in an attempt to make them straight, resulting in the well known finger in a socket puffball. Ive Japanese straightened, Ive worn my hair up for years on end, and now, finally, at 30 years old, Ive finally found the perfect concoction of products to wear my hair naturally and beautifully curly. Kinky-Curly Knot Today is definitely a must in my curly hair arsenal. If I travel, I check my bags so that I can bring it on the plane. If I run out, I immediately notice that my curls are less defined and crunchy. I apply the product on soaking wet hair straight out of the shower and comb it through with my fingers until my hair is silky like seaweed and starts to clump. After, I apply a hard hold gel and thats it, beautiful curls (once they dry about 2 hours later, still havent figured out that part of the routine). Knot Today retails for around $13 a bottle here in Manhattan, so youre not getting a great deal buying it online in a 2-pack, but its definitely more convenient, especially since it can be hard to find in stores.

> 3 dayI bought a pack of 2 bottles of this after reading somewhere that it was a good replacement for conditioner. I wish I never bought it! After using it 3 times, I’ve confirmed that Aussie curly conditioner line is much better at these 3 things (detangling, conditioning and leave in) than this product claims to be and cor a fraction of the cost. I’d return it if haven’t opened one bottle. My hair is type 3A/B, so it needs hydration and not just deep hydration every week, it needs good hydration on every wash and this is not it. Btw, not my first rodeo with curly products and I think this is my least favorite ever tried. Ps: people have said that their hair she’s less with this than conditioner- that is a myth, your hair will shed more or less depending on how to detangle it (to a degree). I did the test with both and shedding was the same when I used the same detangling method.

> 3 dayIt is the best leave in for my hair type 3c. This product is AMAZING, gives to my hair a real and long Moisture to prepare my hair for an oil and styling cream or gel to define the pattern of my curl! A little goes long way and smells good. 100% recommended.

> 3 dayIve got fine hair. It tangles so easily. This stuff is amazing. I started religiously using this detangler when I was losing hair to medical trauma. This stuff was gentle and detangles like a dream. No conditioner has ever worked so well for me. You dont need too much. I recommend starting with a small amount and adding more as needed. It also smells really good!

Greater than one weekI have type 3b/3c curly hair and this product does absolute wonders for me. I have used so many leave in conditioners but this is best when it comes to getting rid of frizz. Great moisturizer and makes de-tangling so much easier. I use it after deva curl one condition rinse and followed by ouidad climate control gel. This doesnt mess up with any other product and does amazing job. I have been using it for years and looking forward to many more years.

> 3 dayI really like knot today, the one challenge is that it gets weird if you mix it with other products, and while its a great detangler, its not a good single product for my kinky coily hair.

> 3 dayProduct is around $10 at walgreens. I paid $36. I feel played. I couldve save $10. Only reason I was desperate enough to over pay is that stores sell out fast (there was only 1 on the shelves at walgreens) and this is my #1 staple product #sigh The product its self is the ish for my hair.

> 3 dayThis Kinky Curly Knot Today product is more of a Detangler. I have 3C/4A hair type and l find that whenever l try to use this product as a leave-in, it doesnt feel right. I find that it doesnt really HYDRATE and MOISTURIZE my hair all on its own. I would need to use it with other products for it to work. So l would rate this product a 3.5 out of 5. But for the sake of Amazon rating stars, l will round it up to a 4 star.
