After washing my hair, even with a leave-in conditioner, my hair takes so much time to detangle. But with a palm full of KINKY CURLY KNOT TODAY spread through my hair, my comb goes right through my natural hair and leaves it just a little curly. If my hair is dry as a bone and I add a palm full of KINKY CURLY and then wet my hands and run them all over my shoulder length hair, the comb glides right through. Someone with shorter hair, might use a lot less and get the same result. In between washings, I oil my scalp with different oils. I only use KINKY CURLY topically. Its the fastest way to comb wet or dry hair, and it leaves a curl.

Works very well for my curly mixed race daughter. Tames curls and greatly reduces frizzy hair.

I follow curly girl routine. This stuff works great as a co-wash, and get all the product out from day before. You can leave a bit in if that works for you.

Love this stuff. No build up, no sticky or gummy feeling in my hair, smells clean like light vanilla and coconut , no artificial fragrance, hair is so soft and moisturized. Cannot say enough how much I love this stuff.

I truly love this product and what it does to my hair. All recent good hair days were thanks to Knot Today. My only issue is the price/size. Applying this to wet hair helps it stretch, but I have VERY thick 4c hair. I could easily use half a bottle on my hair in one go and the product is so expensive. I wish it came in larger bottles and at a lower price point. Currently looking for cheaper alternatives to supplement my use of this product.

I bought a pack of 2 bottles of this after reading somewhere that it was a good replacement for conditioner. I wish I never bought it! After using it 3 times, I’ve confirmed that Aussie curly conditioner line is much better at these 3 things (detangling, conditioning and leave in) than this product claims to be and cor a fraction of the cost. I’d return it if haven’t opened one bottle. My hair is type 3A/B, so it needs hydration and not just deep hydration every week, it needs good hydration on every wash and this is not it. Btw, not my first rodeo with curly products and I think this is my least favorite ever tried. Ps: people have said that their hair she’s less with this than conditioner- that is a myth, your hair will shed more or less depending on how to detangle it (to a degree). I did the test with both and shedding was the same when I used the same detangling method.
