It just beeps anywhere you touch on wall most of the time giving wrong voltage detection. Do not buy it.

Its Klein Tools, so you know itll be top notch. I wanted a compact IR thermometer and this does the job super well. In addition, it also doubles as a non-contact voltage detector. Love it, highly recommended.

Great tool for electricians, inspectors and anyone else in the trades. I keep one in my fire fighting gear for electrical emergencies, good to see if a outlet is hot, both electrically and thermally.
