Kwikset 97200-780 Lido Hall/Closet Door Lever, Polished Brass

I ordered 2 of these, one the lock isnt smooth on and sometimes takes several tries to work, the other one works, but the tumbler is upside down, and it irritates me because Im a bit OCD. I have several Lido knobs, and have never had a problem. I dont know if the quality dropped off, or if this is just an item Im better off buying at a hardware store.

easy to rekey and install

Everything about this is perfect! the color (a very dark, but still oil rubbed bronze), the design, the quality, the ease of installation. I plan to buy many more, for all the doors in my house!!!

I love that I can key it to match my other door keys.

A step above the cheaper handle assemblies I have looked at, and easier to install with the removable handle.

Just as advertised

Upgrading the house after living with the contractor grade brass that is more tarnished than I would care to mention. These look great and easy to install into the exisiting doors. They are easy to reverse and they have the hidden screws so it is a cleaner look.

The product is easy to install. Very easy to switch handles around to make it a left or right door handle.
