The suitcase is adorable, plenty of room for a few-night stay. But its only good as a carry-on. Due to a full flight, I was forced to check my bag, and it came off the plane completely scratched and the black turned white in the areas where it had been banged around. After just one use, it looks like Ive had it for years. Because you can never guarantee you wont have to check your bag, this just isnt the way to go if you need a durable suitcase that wont get damaged and worn so easily. I wish Id left the protective coating on it :)

Precious suitcase, packed all items for a 4 day work weekend snugly. BUT i had to check it one way and it scratched terribly after first use.

It came damaged, just like everyone said.

I am going to use for the first time Wednesday but suspect product will be good. The worst part is getting the clear plastic covering off around the handles and wheels. Better to leave it on. Never able to get it cleared around my wheels. Will follow-up with durability next week

I have had this luggage since 2016! I love every second of this piece... not only is it light weight but it holds a lot of clothes and fits above the plane no problem! The pockets are great too for items to help you packet. Great buy!!! Still using today and I travel about 4/5 times a year and it’s still holding up!
