My old Laptop was 8 yrs old, so there was 8 yrs of memories that I had to trust would be properly moved. Back-in-the-day we didnt have camera phones or public online servers. I let PC Mover run overnight. Everything was transferred in the morning. I cant stress enough how important it is to be patient and take the time to follow all of the setup instructions. Especially ensuring that all Operating System & Driver updates have been installed on both Laptops. As mentioned in the Ultimate version a couple of my applications needed to be re-registered, I expected this would happen because I use editing and business applications that imbed machine level security. During the setup process I contacted customer support to verify that my old PC was up to date. In my case, customer support was prompt, clear, overall excellent.

Software works well. Tech support told my employee WIFI transfer was better than hard wire. Took hours and tech finally backed away from WIFI.

I had to transfer 2 computers from windows 7 to windows 10. The tech staff was amazing. They made a difficult job quite easy. Definently would recommend.

Obviously, Im not an IT wizard, but I found the instructions easy to follow, and the transfer was very fast taking about 15 minutes once it was set up. I might have been naive as I expected the program to set up my new computer ready to use, and that certainly wasnt the case. I could see all of my emails in Outlook, and my Excel files but couldnt open anything as I didnt have Office 2013, or my printer.

I am not a tech person, however I followed instructions and my old PC (2007) transferred without indecent to my new PC, took about 6-7 hours to complete due to the music, video and picture file I transferred over.

I really wanted to believe that this would work. I needed to transfer from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10 machine. After hours of trying on my own, I even tried their tech support. They also gave up.

Looking to upgrade to new PC but didnt want to have to do all the transfers myself. This is very easy to use and was rock solid. It does take a bit of time to make sure programs etc are at same version levels so they transfer but wasnt rocket science. I did not need tech support so I cannot comment on that. I would use this again when I get another machine.

This product works great! Its very easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone.
