LEGO Creator Expert Volkswagen Beetle 10252 Construction Set (1167 Pieces)

Warning!! Take complete inventory of your pieces before assembly. Our kit had several missing pieces in our set. You’d think at this price there would be quality inspections on inventory, I’m disappointed at the moment. We will try contacting Lego for replacement parts and see what happens otherwise will return the product.

I got this for my son. He started to build it and when he was on Page 31 step 52 and a piece was missing and we looked everywhere

Very good set, its not so easy to build (it has some tricky parts but they are fun to pass), and it has a few vulnerable parts (it has fallen from the table two times and the same part in the front is the first one to detach), but the design is very funny, beware of the little pieces of the fridge, they are prone to get lost. Great design from Lego Creator!

Okay, I bought TWO. I owed a vehicle to a friend and while saving up, I bought one of these to ease the tension. They loved it, [even is not a LEGO fan.] I saw the details of the engine compartment, and forward trunk area...I was blown away! The doors open, the seats tilt forward, the cooler on roof has green bottled beverages, the engine has a starter, belt and 4-cylinders! A person COULD (very expensively) order the various BLUE bricks [as shown in the accompanying booklet,] in other colors (Red, Yellow, Sand, etc.) and make one in the Color they want. I had to have one as well!
