My son got this for Christmas and absolutely loved it. He’s 11. He assembled it all by himself.

No instructions were included. How is my child supposed to build it? Would not buy again.

We purchased this for my 5 year old and he was able to follow the directions and assemble with guidance. We didnt realize when we purchased that there is a sold separately set with Mario that will be able to Jump on the characters and its like the Super Mario game. The Mario scans the little barcode lego tiles and then the Mario plays corresponding sounds like the game. We are all excited about it.

Got this for our 7 year old son for his birthday- it was great! Incredible set, large and will take more than a few hours to build! Great pieces that fit together well, lots of areas to explore with the Mario lego, and had a blast building! Very giftable and perfect for anyone who loves the Lego Mario line!

Love how the boat opens up and the big hand comes out of the middle. Son loves it with his Mario starter set.

My nine year old grandson is a lego lover and a Mario champ. He thoroughly enjoyed putting this ship together. The amount of detail is impressive and he loves playing with it as well. Definitely worth the money.

Bought it for Xmas gift for my nephew and he loves it, immediately started building it and is almost done.
