LEGO Super Mario Bowser’s Airship Expansion Set 71391 Building Toy for Kids; New 2021 (1,152 Pieces)

I’m glad I was able to get it. They are only making so many and then that’s it. It looks so awesome. Can’t wait to put it together. This is so awesome. I also bought the Nintendo tv. Once they sell out people will start to sell for more then double. They are only making a certain amount. Also be careful cause Nintendo/Lego sells it for 100$ for bowser ship and 230$ for Nintendo tv. There are other sites and brands already trying to sell for more so be very careful.

Not a knock on the Lego product. The score is a complete indictment of Amazons packing and shipping. Who thought this was acceptable?

Bought it for Xmas gift for my nephew and he loves it, immediately started building it and is almost done.

We purchased this for my 5 year old and he was able to follow the directions and assemble with guidance. We didnt realize when we purchased that there is a sold separately set with Mario that will be able to Jump on the characters and its like the Super Mario game. The Mario scans the little barcode lego tiles and then the Mario plays corresponding sounds like the game. We are all excited about it.

He loved it and put it together all by himself. Hes 9

I enjoyed building legos when I was a child, and have put several dozen sets together for my son and now for my 3 year old daughter for whom this set was bought. However, this one took me approximately 10 hours to complete. The instructions were very easy to follow, it’s just time consuming. It was worth it though because my daughter loves it. I wish it came with an actual bowser character, but there is a bowser head on the back of the ship that has an action block. It’s crazy to me that it costs $100, but it is a large set and follows suit with all of the Mario Lego prices. If this piece is for a child that does not enjoy the build, I would suggest putting it together beforehand to avoid being asked about every ten minutes if it is finished yet.

Who thought not including directions for Mario legos was a good idea ? For this line of toys you have to use your phone, scan the code and see from your phone on how yo assemble the toy set. Not a good idea, more pathetic I think. Add that while Mario is clearly pictured on the box he is not included in the toy set at all. Bad advertising, worse assembling option.
