Replaced the hood supports on our Sonata and could not be happier. Easy to install!

I liked the product. It was 1/3 the price of the Hood Lift Supports from the dealer and 1/2 the price the auto supply places were selling them for. I wen over them with a fine tooth comb and its equal to the OEM produce.

I have installed this item and it was the same as the original lift. Also it was cheap for $40. The dealer will do this installation with the parts for $400.00. What a rip off. It was very easy to install, do it yourself and you will save a lot of money.

Product was too long as the photo reflects

The dealership has been requesting to change the hood struts every time I go in for an oil change. They wanted $500. I finally got busy and did the research and bought them here. My adult son put both in less than 5 min, all he did was use a flat head screw driver to pop them loose.
