This is a genuine Vera Bradley product. It arrived on time and quickly. The backpack is overall a very nice product with a great laptop area, main compartment, and front compartment with organizational pockets. Like other reviewers mention, there are sometimes issues with the zippers which I do find annoying. They tend to catch (on what, I don’t know) and you have to work with them for a minute to get them back in order. I use this backpack as a teacher moving from class to class with my laptop and other essentials.

This backpack is not intended for true use as a backpack. It did not hold up to normal day to day wear - there are tears at the seams and distress shows nearly everywhere. This might be used as nothing more than a purse, but I would not recommend putting anything heavy in it, it wont survive. Of course Im past the time to return the bag so Im stuck with an expensive backpack that looks so bad I cant carry it.

Really frustrated that after just over a month of light use - used on average 3 times a week, the majority of the zippers no longer work .

Great product

Love this bag! Has everything I was looking for- trolley sleeve, separate laptop compartment, lots of pockets/organization, outside water bottle holders. It’s hard to find a bag with all that that also looks good!! Love that Vera is doing more in black now. Bought for work (I can even fit my lunch box in the main compartment). My only complaint is main compartment zipper. Zipper is fine, but the fabric that covers it makes I think difficult to zip. But highly recommend!
