Lighten Up Grand Backpack

This is a genuine Vera Bradley product. It arrived on time and quickly. The backpack is overall a very nice product with a great laptop area, main compartment, and front compartment with organizational pockets. Like other reviewers mention, there are sometimes issues with the zippers which I do find annoying. They tend to catch (on what, I don’t know) and you have to work with them for a minute to get them back in order. I use this backpack as a teacher moving from class to class with my laptop and other essentials.

I searched extensively for a backpack with lots of vertical compartments and organizational features. This backpack keeps everything separate- no more searching in one ginormous pocket! It has three separate vertical sections- the front one has interior storage , the second has a slip pocket inside and the third is a padded laptop section. There are outside pockets for water bottles or umbrellas and a zip picket in the front as well. I am using this to carry materials for school (preschool teacher here), my small purse, phone, masks, extra clothes for my daughter, planners, wipes, coloring materials, personal toiletries- and more. Could easily be used by a student for school, a mom as a diaper bag, for travel etc. I highly recommend. I will be able to use this for many years.

Ive been carrying the same backpack for 12 years, so I decided to get a new one. I love the purple color, and the fact that this bag was almost half the price of the other ones! There are a ton of great pockets, including two water bottle slots on the outside (one which has a zipper allowing it to expand so that it can accommodate wider water bottles). The padded laptop compartment is a nice touch. I also like that it has a band on the back that can allow it to be hooked to your suitcase. I cant wait to use it!

I like the size of this backpack. it is good for airline carryon or for a day trip. like the pattern also. mine didnt have any flaws in stitching or other defects. so all is good.

This is the Real Deal Vera Bradley quality lighten up grand backpack. I love the blue tiles pattern it goes great with my jeans and the backpack is very durable. Water resistant lots of pockets and special pocket for my 15 inch laptop. Whats not to love. Cleans easy and lightweight but heavy duty construction

I went on vacation last May with some family, and my aunt had this backpack and I loved it, so I bought the same one. The padding is so comfortable, making it easy to carry around all day. It is also very roomy. I took it along for a business trip and it easily held my laptop and some other materials that I needed for a training conference. The side pockets are also handy for carrying around your water bottle. If you travel or are just looking for a basic backpack, I would highly recommend this one.
