Put them on my water heater and they were strong enough to hold a light weight broom, and a pair of shoes. Put one on the metal panel around my breaker panel and they held on super strong! I could not even pull it off, I ended up sliding it across until I could pull it off. Also mounted on appliances just to see and it was somewhere in between the water heater and breaker panel.

These are super strong magnets and absolutely great for around the kitchen I actually use these to hang pots and pans on my zline hood vent as well as to hang utensils above the pot Im cooking with to so that the utensils dont make a mess on the counters or create unnecessary dishes. I will likely order these again for more applications.

The magnets in theses hooks are quit strong. Other than key holders I have found multiple uses where you need a hook that can hold 3-5 lbs. If you need more weight add another hook or two.

Love this for cruising. Easy to hang as ship walls are magnetic. Use them for hanging wet towels and suits so things are dry by morning.
