Cheap product, zipper broke first use, Amazon refuses to help.

Disappointing workmanship. My previous Wenger backpack has lasted quite a few years.

What a BIG disappointment. The only thing remotely Swiss about this is the logo. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This is a nice lightweight bag with plenty of pockets to organize my stuff. It’s been 3 months and it’s still in new condition.

The storage in this Wenger bag is truly amazing. I use it for my mobile recording equipment bag, not really for travel with clothes and such, but if you need that, please look at the product shots and you see what a business traveler will fit. First let me go on about the build quality, Im super happy with that: the zippers are very strong but smooth, and the canvas material is thick and tough. I fit a ton of audio gear in this bag: wireless lapel mics and receivers, audio interfaces portable recorder, TONS of cables. Its just great. The bag is heavy with all my stuff in it so I really like the strong bottom handle so I can pick up the whole thing easily with two hands to set it somewhere like a table. The wheels are full size Rollerblade and replaceable, and between the wheels all the way across is a hard plastic bash plate, great protection. If I were to convert this to a business bag it would be perfect. It comes with two extra small bags, a larger one with a handle for up to a 156 laptop, and a smaller brick size for power supplies. What a huge bonus! I have a backpack for my laptop because I use a big gamer rig for audio production, so the freebie 15 laptop bag became a perfect accessory bag for mobile MIDI composition, to carry cables and sustain and expression pedals and my power strip. The small case would be a perfect laptop power brick case but for me its small adapters and audio accessories. This bag is so well made and has such great storage, cant go on about it enough. Yes, its Vine, but its worth buying, and Im not ruling out buying a second one.

I use my bag daily and now i have to tight the handle screws so they wont get lost, im going to put some glue on the screws so they stop getting loose

My husband is a bit of a backpack snob, and for decades now has decided he likes *only* this brand. When one backpack finally dies after many years of daily abuse, he replaces it with another, identical backpack... that looks exactly like this one, minus the wheeled luggage aspect. So we were thrilled to check this one out as well. This backpack is extremely useful, has a million pockets (OK, 10 zippered ones plus two mesh ones on the outside, plus a bunch more on the inside so you can keep your stuff organized, plus 1 to hide the luggage handle, plus another one to optionally hide the shoulder straps), is extremely well constructed, holds up to more abuse than is reasonable, and super well padded (the largest compartment is the only one thats *not* padded, but the laptop area is, and theres great padding where it will rest against your back). The handle is sturdy, and it rolls easily and evenly.

Ive had it with $20 backpacks from local stores that tear in a week and get destroyed in a few months! This one is 6 months in and I can see it lasting for years!! It is well built, has all the pockets he could ever need, and looks great. Even the wheels are well made enough to handle the abuse that gets thrown their way!!!

This backpack has great durability. I use it every day. It can be used at the airport but also for use at school.
