Love the bag, with one exception: This is the second time Ive had a problem with the telescoping handle on the Patriot II. Last time the lower buttons wouldnt retract after a couple of years hard use, so I had to manually push them in when I wanted to hide the handle (boarding a plane). Bought a new one a couple of months ago. Like the slight redesign, especially the built-in padded sleeves for laptop and iPad, but now the small torx screws on top of the telescoping handle have loosened. These two small screws made it impossible to fully retract the handle, which was a major annoyance on my last business flight. (Luckily a nice baggage handler helped me screw them in enough to get by with pliers he had with him.) Customer service at Wenger was horrible. Nobody willing to help. Eventually, they just started immediately hanging up on me when I would call back. (Apparently, Wenger is represented by Swiss Army, and the Swiss Army employees couldnt care less about my Wenger situation.) 5 stars for the bag. Minus one for the handle problems. Minus another one for the terrible service.

I am delighted with this purchase. Im infamous for carting a bunch of stuff around with me as I work long13 hour shifts so I need to have my stuff with me. I need lots of pockets and capacity, and especially lots of compartments so I can find my stuff easily. I also look for a bag that is quality and hard wearing and this bag checks all of those boxes. Its absolutely gorgeous and very well made, as you would expect from Swiss Gear/Wenger. Ive had their products before, from shoes to bags, and theyve always produced very high quality products. This bag is no exception.

I fly twice a week. Ive been buying cheaper bags for my mobile office supplies. I purchased this one because I though it would last longer. I bought this 11/2/2020, and had to retire it 1/15/2021. The handle wont go down on it anymore. I can get it to go down if I play with it, but that really disappointed me with the cost of this product. Ive had $30 bags that have lasted a lot longer (generally a year). 1.5 months is ridiculous. I cant return this product now, because it is past the return date. Almost $200 flushed down the toilet.

Im well past the age when I want to lug a huge backpack around over my shoulders. This wheeled version of a backpack provides welcome relief when youre carrying a lot of stuff. The bag has 2 wheels (not 4), so it wheels best behind you. The dimensions in inches are 20L x 15W x 10D. Youll have to check with your airline to see if that qualifies for the overhead bin. Although the depth is 10 inches and United Airlines regulations state 9 inches deep as allowable, I think it would pass. The compartment for tablets and laptops is well padded. The style probably would appeal to a man rather than a women: it is in shades of dark grey and black, with a few red accents on the zippers (for easy identification). There are large silver rivets on the front, and a red-and-white Swiss Army cross symbol.

I have been needing a briefcase on wheels for some time. I am very pleased with this it’s not overly heavy and plenty of storage.

First of all Ive been using this bag daily for work for around 2 years now. I am a manager for 10 centers spanned across 7 counties. This bag is my mobile office, holds everything I need in one place, and has held up really well. Im well pleased. Now for the recent amazing story.

Im a fan of Wnger bags, because I generally find that they share my love of organizational pockets and dividers, the quality is excellent, and you get more than what you pay for. All of those things are true with this bag.

I like to take something small when I travel for work. I have a backpack for my laptop and a small rolling bag for my cloths. I thought I could put them together with this. But after using it I think I cant. I do like the rolling option, but I dont like setting the bag down on the ground and then putting it on my back. Also, the size on the inside isnt big enough for my needs. I also dont like how heavy it is. But it does work.

A must have if you’re traveling for a couple of days. Go get it!

My first case lasted 20 years and I expect to use my new one another 20. No other rolling case has the space and utility of this one for twice the price. I definitely recommend it.
