Tech support takes a long time to answer, and what they have suggested twice now does not work. Very disappointed. I guess request for refund is next

Installation is quick and easy. Software works well. My adult son prefers our using Malwarebytes to competing packages.

I have used Malwarebytes for several years and have seen it improve with successive iterations. I think it is strong in preventing all sorts of malware infections, including PUPs, which I observed were ignored by Norton. The product support team is diligent in solving user issues, though perhaps a bit slower during this pandemic. I highly recommend Malwarebytes.

This product is extremely difficult to install. Tec help is awful.....I cant understand India accent. He was Not patient India and when i complied with his instructions he took control of my computer without telling me what he was going to do! He said i have control of your computer dont touch anything and said we had a bad connection he had to hang up and would call me back. What??? I shut off and unplugged my computer in fear of compromise. I have had this product twice with same problem both times. Will never buy it ever again.

works as advertised. Put on 5 devices, all are good for 1 year. Malwarebytes is and always has been awesome.

I combine this with Kaspersky every year. They work well together. I had difficulty adding it to one of my remote laptops that is on a VPN with its own brand of antivirus but finally got it to sync up.
