Greater than one weekI couldnt get the trial version to work and I contacted customer support. They were so helpful. If you are running Windows 10 with Edge, you have to do a couple of things before it will import recipes from the internet. Once they helped me figure out the problem and fix it, I went ahead and bought the program. It makes cookbooks the way you want to, and copies a recipe so easily. I love the program.

> 3 dayProduct Sucks. Does not work properly. I keep loading recipes into it and as soon as I reboot recipes are gone. I have 46 Recipes loaded in and program will not let me go beyond that. Tech support is a joke. When you try to git anything out of them they treat you as if they were talking to Bill Gates. I dont do techno speak

> 3 dayI purchased this software because of the rating, supposed to be 4 to 5 stars; I found it very confusing, not user friendly at all and when I finally figured it out then printed one recipe the formatting is awful and you can not change it.

Greater than one weekThe program is functional, but their marketing plan does not inform you that in order to continue using it after one year, you must have a SUBSCRIPTION. Personally, I feel withholding that information is less than honest marketing,

18-04-2025I trialled and subsequently purchased MasterCook after the bait and switch tactics of Cookn (which I had used for years). I had a few hundred recipes in Cookn and although I was not looking forward to re-importing them all into another program, I was NOT prepared to pay hundreds of dollars every year to keep using Cookn

> 3 dayAfter a year of use I learned that to continue use the full features of the program and to access recipes it has stored on line requires an annual subscription. That started out at about $20 per year. A year ago I was shocked when I was notified the annual rates were increasing. Now it is up to $120.00 a year. Highly suggest you do your own research at their web site.

Greater than one weekIve used MasterCook for many years and find it a terrific program to maintain my recipe collection. During holidays, its menu capabilities and shopping lists help me organize. A must buy.

15-04-2025This software is very, very unstable. Yes they will convert your recipes into the offline component but offline is not connected to online version. Online version really does NOTHING. They are looking for you to pay for software and annual fee to fund their development effort. The offline portion looks and works exactly like their version 8, recipe views are so small in printt format you cannot use your laptop to read recipes. You will need to print them.
