These packs are generally good, the only exception being that when they first come out of the freezer there a little bit stiff and can be difficult to wrap around your elbow. For example, to get good contact. After about four or five minutes the frozen pack is there more flexible.

Just right size

The reason I purchased this is for labor. Mainly for back pain I have to stretch it to get around my hips (not belly) and I’m fairly small. I weigh 140lbs and I’m 34 weeks pregnant (for reference) I love that it come with 2 packs and am able to use for hot or cold. Very convenient! Durable material. I would recommend.

Help eased the knee pain. Comfortable on leg.

I ordered these specifically for sciAtic pain but everyone on our family uses them for sports injuries. They don’t leak, they stay cold and are just malleable enough to contour to a hip or shoulder.

This is so much better then a regular ice pack. The Velcro pack holds it in place right on the knee

It was easily installed or removed by a non-licensed medical person, (Only had the use of one hand). After many uses over several months, 4 - 6 times per 24 hour period. It seems to hold up well. So far the velcro still adheres well to itself.

Nice packs and they stay cold a long time. Sleeve is a nice bonus, works well on my knee. I would buy again if needed

They work well

Id actually give this set a 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this ice pack/strap combo to ice a knee injury. The pouch with the attached strap is great, with one small issue, that the velcro closing the pouch isnt very strong, so its opened on my a couple of times when I didnt make sure to seal it exactly. But the stretchy strap and the velcro on the strap are great! The ice packs themselves are OK; they last a decent amount of time, better than most of the flexible/soft types, but not as long as the best. Since you get 2 with this set, that kind of takes care of that issue.
