These are great ice packs: I recently had foot surgery & they wrap really well around my foot.

Great pack for the price. Included are two packs to freeze or heat up plus a nice pouch attached to a generous stretch strap with Velcro on the end. Great value.

Great product! Using it as a cold pack for rib fractures and the belt that comes with it is perfect. You can even fit in both gel packs together for cold comfort even in the warmest temperatures outside. Maintains its flexibility when frozen which not all of them do.

Freezes quickly, fantastic wrap! The strap wraps securely around leg. I’ve been using it for a knee injury. Comes in a two pack, can heat it up too. The cold isn’t too cold, the ice/heat pack material is also pliable (bendable). Can use on arm, neck, shoulder. Would highly recommend!!

It’s soft so it bends

I ordered these specifically for sciAtic pain but everyone on our family uses them for sports injuries. They don’t leak, they stay cold and are just malleable enough to contour to a hip or shoulder.

Very good design and it has two cold packs
