Dont buy this garbage luggage set. It is JUNK. All three of the pieces cracked and broke and fell apart after only two trips. So supposedly it has a warranty and I tracked it down though the Fox Luggage website (hard to find but it is Fox that makes Rockland pieces) and the only way Customer Service can be reached is through email. After five emails and no response, I found the phone number and called them and insisted on talking to someone is Customer Service. They wouldnt let me but promised I would get a response via email which I eventually did...but it didnt answer my specific question which was do I have to pay $40 per suitcase for handling? That would cost me $120 for all three plus shipping (another $40ish) and since I only paid $139 for all three...obviously this is a BAD DEAL. It turns out that yes, you have to pay $40 per damaged suitcase to take advantage of the warranty. DO NOT BUY THESE SUITCASES or anything made by FOX LUGGAGE OR ROCKLAND LUGGAGE. Learn from my mistake. A bad review is my only option at this point. Hope it helps someone.

Material came unglued had to glue it back it is spacious not that light

Luggage set is great. Mom loves the look and color and so do I. Will get one for myself. Will help protect the delicate items nicely. Some reviews say it has a chemical smell to it, and had to use dryer sheets, but we smell almost nothing. My dad had to get his nose next to it to get a slight new plastic molding smell and I smelt that faintly standing next to it. 2 days later we smell nothing but new luggage smell as with every piece of luggage we have ever bought. Will try to update later on lasting wear and tear. Just got them and will begin using in a few weeks.

did not role easy (wheel defect). had to continue adjusting when straight up. pulling was super. overall luggage super. plenty of room. very durable. did not scratch easily

I dont write many reviews but this luggage set is awesome and does well for traveling internationally. Each of the three suitcases has the zipper that allows you to expand it for the additional 1 inch of space that makes all the difference in the world. This has allowed me to use the right suitcase without having to go to the next size and then have tons of space. Also having one side that is zippered is genius, I put my clothes on one side and then all the small things like toiletries, shoes etc, go under the zippered side. The TSA agent thought this was great when he had to do a bag check he was able to find right away what they saw on the x-ray and cleared my bag quickly.

I don’t know how durable it is because I just got it, but it appears to have been a great buy.

Looks and performs very well

Nice, lightweight, smooth rolling suitcase, however a wheel completely tore off during the first use. Quite disappointing.

Durability is awful! Used this luggage the first time traveling to Punta Cana and the zipper broke! Unrepairable! Being on vacation and having to worry about purchasing a new luggage to get back to the US is not ideal!
