Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Charcoal, Checked-Large 28-Inch

My son loved this. I bought this as his first luggage set.

Just returned from two weeks in Europe and very pleased with this luggage. Durability was much better than expected. There were many points where this luggage could have been trashed and it performed very well. Only critique is that the handles could be a bitter sturdier but as long as you dont abuse them, the rest of the luggage looks and works great.

I travel 2 weeks out of every month for work and needed some more durable luggage. I was concerned about getting hard case luggage because other brands/reviews indicated there was a smell to them upon purchase that wouldnt go away and got into your clothes. I was excited to find that when these arrived they had no strong odor. I let them air out anyway and they have been perfect for my needs - lightweight and very durable. And the color means I dont get my luggage confused with anyone elses. :-)

This set was a Christmas present for a 11 year old girl.

The suitcases were adequate. Easily scuffed so should have bought a darker colour.

Traveled with these two days after I got them for a trip to Vail. They were loaded down and the large one was still not over about 42 lbs. I loved that you could expand them, especially since I always seem to come home with more stuff than I took. They are durable and strong while being extremely light. I travel and fly a good bit, so I am usually lucky to get two years out of luggage. Thinking I might get more out of this. It rolls so smoothly even my four year old can push it through an airport. Excellent purchase! Love the purple color as well. It is vibrant and easy to spot at the airport.

One bag got dented very badly in the corner the first time we used it on an international flight.

My daughter loves it

They seem to be very good quality. It did very well for my traveling needs. I didn’t check my bag so idk how it would hold up if I checked it. However I do know that it is very very nice for if you carry on a bag.
