> 24 hourI recommend this product if you want your kids to be entertained, my kid loves it and he takes it everywhere, my only concern is that it does not hold well on the washing machine, I follow the instructions to wash it but I think they need to build it more sturdy to hold more washes.

> 24 hourFor the price, you really cannot beat the quality of this puppet. I bought this to entertain my toddler, which is exactly what it did (after a short period of him being afraid of it). I have rather large hands, and was able to put my hand in the puppet and work it, only having to remove the red scarf to get my hand in there. My wife had no trouble whatsoever getting her hand in and was able to use it as well. So, it will accommodate large hands, but just barely.. and small and average hands should have no trouble at all. The puppet looks just like the picture, and the seams and fabric all appear to be high quality. The red scarf attaches/detaches with Velcro making it simple to take off and put on. The only suggestion I have is, if you child is under 2, do not just pop this puppet on and start talking to him with it. It might scare the heck out of him.. (yes, in my excitement I did exactly that and my poor soon backed away quickly with a frightened look on his face) Instead let your child explore it before you try to use it.

> 24 hourMy kids love this chef! I kinda wish his mouth was a little bigger because its a little hard to make him talk. Also, the velcro on the stick came off so I had to hot glue it back together.

> 24 hourThis is a lot of fun around the pretend kitchen. He is made of a durable cloth with attached wooden dowel to control one of the hands. I have average size adult hands and it fits just fine, but may be unable to fit a larger mans hand. My kids can control it easily. It will stand up to some rough play. As with any wooden dowel, treat it with some caution or it will snap but I have not had this happen. Overall fun choice.

> 24 hourMy 10 year old wanted this and he was very happy. The mouth area where u place the hand is a little stiff and hard to move at first, at least for a kid, but he still liked it.

> 24 hourWow what fun! Another puppet I bought for the Melissa and Doug Puppet Theater - My grandsons other grandparents are Italian (as I am also) but they speak Italian and were born in Italy. They had so much fun with Al Dente LOL they were moving his mouth and speaking Italian to all the other puppets. So fun and so cute. As I said all these puppets are so well made, well worth the price and I recommend it hightly.
