On the first use one of the cutters came off in the middle of a 15 inch dado.

Made a work table using this bit and many other woodworking jigs. It’s so versatile!!!!

This bit makes the perfect groove for the dovetail clamps, with nice rounded edges. I didnt need to sand them at all. Ive seen Youtubers who have made the grooves using a standard dovetail bit and they end up with sharp, torn-out edges that require tedious sanding. For me it was worth the money to avoid that. To extend the life of this bit, I do make a straight groove with another bit first to remove most of the material.

Best dovetail bit out there for making the match fit stuff. This special bit has an upper rounded edge that truly cuts down your time on sanding afterwards! If your using it for matchfit hardware then buy this bit. Its worth it!
