This is a great product! Love the quality of the pitcher. Feels very comfortable in the hand. Not to heavy but not to light. Perfect control!

I received a free item to review. There were a couple of nicks and small scratches on the surface of the cup but overall the quality is good and the cup has a attractive mirror-gloss with the X-Chef logo surface-etched on one side (its not that noticeable - a plus to me). The handle is flat and thin, like a piece of angle bracket, and doesnt feel really comfortable to the grip - although the flat top surface is well-designed to stabilize the cup with your thumb while pouring. The bottom is very flat with a round recess in the center that holds steady on both cloth-covered and bare surfaces even when full. The spout is well angled for good control with minimal drip and easy pull-back. The size is weird though: Too large for a small cream server yet not nearly full pitcher size. I doubt its even large enough for a couple of cereal-bowls worth of milk (at least my sized bowls). I suppose it holds enough to serve a small group having coffee, and you can use it for syrup and other cold liquids. The sides wont insulate well so be careful with hot liquids. And speaking of hot dont try putting in the microwave.
