Its pretty cost efficient and worth buying a couple to turn multiple outlets into smart outlet so that way if you ever forget anything on and leave home your still able to turn it off safely

This is a super easy product to install. I needed a smart dimmer plug for a particular lighting situation in my home. (Halogen track lights over a desk, which will eventually be replaced with LED). This plug fit the bill nicely. The ONLY reason its not 5 stars is because I can NOT figure out how to make the on/off transition without a slow dim fade (vs. instant on/off). I cant find the option in the app or Alexa. Perhaps its there....but I just cant find it. This is not a deal breaker. It does the job and the price is right. I would buy again.

Really liked the Moes smart dimmer plug when it worked. Ive had the device for 2 months to the day before it stopped working. The plug stopped working and Ive reset the plug 3 times since I got the plug 2 months ago. Now the plug will not reset at all, it does not go into programing mode. With power to the plug lamp does not come on at all. Was a total let down , I feel ripped off.

I had no issues setting up the plug and app. I tried it with a couple different lights. And it worked perfectly for them all. Loved being able to adjust the dining room wall lights with out having to get up. In the bedroom it was great to have the lamp dimmed and then be able to shut off while in bed. Will definitely be buying a couple more to use thruout the house.

Got super hot and started smoking. Took it out back shot it with my 12g out of frustration.

First thing is I have mesh wifi with no reception problems anywhere in my house.I got 3 of these and from the beginning they got sketchy reception.After a couple weeks they didn’t work with Alexa.Now,they don’t work even with my phone.I have other Smart Life plugs that work great..These are junk

When you turn the light on, it seems to default to whatever brightness percent it was set to when you turned it off last. As such, we could not program “Turn light on to 15% at 5am” because it just turns it to 100% or wherever we had it last. That’s the only reason we wanted a smart dimmer. I also don’t understand why a dimmer exists that you can’t physically dim or adjust without an app. We plug it into our bedside table so it would be nice to have a physical option to adjust it.

I bought this and a dimmable led bulb. It didn’t work. I had a non-dimmable led bulb and it worked fine.

This plug made life so easier. Its easy to use and integrates easily with Alexa.
