if you find the middle of the studs this is no problem to install!

My wife and I just purchased a Samsung 65 TV to replace a wall-mounted 55 model. We decided to replace the basic bracket and looked at the Mounting Dream bracket. Installation was a breeze, barely taking 30 minutes. What we liked most is the array of screws and spacers that were included, just in case. There were three sets of screws to attach the hangers to the back of the TV. The back on our TV is slightly curved, so we needed longer screws and spacers to securely attach the hangers. No problem, they were included. The instructions for mounting the wall bracket are based on a stud spacing of 24. Our studs are spaced at 16, so the extension rails werent needed. If youre looking for a strong, easy to install wall mount for your TV, this one deserves a look.

Ive now ordered 4 mounting brackets to mount two different TVs. Why four? Because the first two werent Mounting Dream brackets; they were cheap substitutes Ive found a single problem with mounting brackets that Mounting Dream seems to have figured out. Others should take a lesson from them. A tale of two walls, two TVs and one home builder. Ill start with the home builder. Ive got two separate walls, both of which came with in-wall conduit. Great idea and its a much-appreciated feature. However, when constructing the house, the wall studs are just placed every 16 starting from the left. That means that if you mark them out on the wall, they arent centered across the wall span. If you buy a 16 stud mount from Amazon (readily available for $40) it means youre mounting where the studs are - off center of the wall. Thats ridiculous. Im not mounting my TV off center on the wall. I bought two different cheaper mounts, both advertising for 16 studs. They got returned. Heres where Mounting Dream gets it. They offer both wider mounting options, as well as the ability to slide the TV along the wider mount so that even if your studs arent centered, you can still center the TV on the wall, off-center of the mount. Brilliant! Seems like all mounts should come with this option but they dont. Beware. If you need to center your TV on a wall, safe yourself a lot of headache, and wasted time, and buy a Mounting Dream Mount.

Includes a lot of different hardware for various types of TVs so most installations should be easy to complete. Mount uses bolt on pieces to make it larger. Appears to be well done and very sturdy.

This was the best packaged, most well documented piece of equipment Ive ever put together. I was completely blown away. Little things like a stick on leveling bubble to put on the mounting template, another bigger level to check the hardware mount, cable ties and a nylon corded HDMI cable made this item an extra value for its price. Mounting Dream is a breeze!!!

For those of you like me who skim over directions and wonder why there is always extra parts, this was easy to install. I have a 1990’s-ish 65” Samsung plasma that weights about 90#s and this was perfect for it. I wouldn’t extend it more than several inches out, but it works perfect for my recessed box for tilting, extending a few inches and tilt/rotate left and right. I’ll buy this again for future tvs.
