Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Took me about 30 minutes by myself to install it after I located the studs. Easy to adjust angles and hang the tv itself. Included all the mounting hardware I need for my samsung. Im an electrical technician and I build machines on a regular so I may have an advantage there, but the instructions were well written and easy to follow. Id recommend drilling a pilot hole just a little smaller than the shaft of the lag screws before you put them in the studs, otherwise they may split the stud or walk off center. This way everything stays level. Also, it was very easy to drill two level holes for the top side of the mounting base, put the base on the wall and put two of the lag screws in and level it off right before tightening the screws all the way. Then do the bottom holes, that way youre not fighting the base for four holes. Im definitely buying another one for our other tv. Good luck!

The flexibility of this mount, both in terms of stud spacing support and range of motion, is the best Ive found for the price range. The instructions are easy, the provided bubble level works like a charm, and as long as you have a wrench the screws are simple to get into studs. Ive had no issue with how smooth the mount articulates and have literally hung off of it (200lbs) and never felt a wobble. I have two in my house and will look to this brand for more if needed.

Mounted 65 6 Series TCL. Came out perfect. Mount is excellent, very strong, easy to adjust. Instructions are great. Definitely consider if the vesa screw holes are in the middle of your TV or towards the bottom and factor that in when determining how high off the ground the mount should go, otherwise your TV may wind up too high. I took an extra few minutes to measure it all out (my VESA screw holes were towards bottom of TV) and I subtracted a few extra inches or so from the height I wanted the center of my TV and it came out right where I wanted it because this 6 series TCL hangs higher than a TV with vertically centered vesa screw holes. Nominal height is suggested 42 for center of TV. I put my center of TV around 48 off the ground. You can definitely hang with one person because after you get the mount up, you basically hook the TV onto the mount and then clamp it in. However, when you hook the TV onto the mount, the TV will tip forward under its own weight unless you first turn the arms/levers on the mount to tighten the mount into a vertical position before you put the TV on it. If you do that first then hook the TV onto the lateral bar you could let go (at your own discretion) and screw the clamps into place to lock the TV onto the mount. You need to use a screwdriver to tighten the clamp and lock the TV onto the mount. ONE DRAWBACK FOR BIGGER TVS: If you need to angle TV significantly you may want to opt for mount with longer arm. The bigger the TV the less you will be able to angle without it bumping into wall. In the pic this was the maximum I was able to angle my TV. I do wish I could squeeze a few more degrees out of it.

Very sturdy. Does not not protrude very much. But still a good quality product.

I put an immense Sony X90J on this. It has a great range of motion and is easy to both mount and level. Pre-drill the lag screw holes a bit deeper than the screws, then use a regular drill (not an impact weapon!) to run them in. Once on the wall, I broke rules and checked it with my body weight briefly. Held 200+ lbs with nary a creak! Just dont do what Geek Skwad did and mount it to a guys sewer pipe (Reddit has the evidence.)

I chose this particular mount because it offers extensions for mounting on studs 24 inches apart, this also makes it possible to center it closer to one stud when the studs are 16 inches apart this way the TV is better centered in case the midpoint between the studs is not exactly in the center where the TV should be.
