> 3 dayI needed this for my new MYP and didnt want to scuff or leave an indent in the seat. I saw cheaper versions but they didnt have any support or rigidity to it so its no different than a towel. So I ended up with this just because a stiffer thicker material is less likely to allow whatever it is on top to deform the seat cover. And its been 2000 miles later with my kid and his baby seat on top and theres no sign anything has been on top. Glad I got this instead of cheaping out

> 3 dayThe problem with car seats and leather surfaces is due to indentations that the plastic angles of the car-seat make in leather, stretching the seat cover and sometimes even scratching the leather. Took >2 month on my leased car to get back into original shape after just a year install time, so I got worried. I first bought Diono Grip It protector, and although it is sticking to leather well and protects against the scratches, the indentations were still there. So I decided to try this protector, and wasnt disappointed: although BRICA is more expensive than DIONO, it is well worth it. First, the material is really heavy: it is a hard surface, barely bendable, and when you apply angular pressure from one side with sharp object, you dont get the indentation through (DIONO is soft surface, and the plastic presses through it). Second, it is very wide, hence all sizes of seats will fit well. Finally, the blue rubber on the bottom does provide some sliding protection, but not great. No idea if it will stick to leather or make color smudges, - will update my review if it does Note: people complain that these protectors are not safe, because with them the seat may slide sideways during crash. My experience is that you need to tighten the child seat to the actual car seats anchors with a lot of force. In this case it does not matter if these is a protector between these - it wont move. This is really why the soft protectors like DIONO, or no protectors at all, make damage to leather surfaces, but it is how the car seats must be used for safety reasons. After seeing how well this protector is made and the effect compared to DIONO, I bought another for my 2nd car. I definitely recommend this product to protect your leather seats Update (2/11/2014): I am extremely satisfied with this protector. No color bleed from blue stripes, they do provide good anti-sliding effect, and there are no indentations on leather surfaces on either of my cars. This product rocks!

> 3 dayThis would be a 5 star product If it actually was able to lie flat past the seat belt in our SUV

> 3 dayThis is the car seat protector to end all car seat protectors. Ive had one in our SUV for years, and have never noticed any indentations in the leather. When we bought our new sedan, I initially bought a different cover that was only about $20 and came with a kick-protector for the seat in front. When I opened that one up, I realized that it might protect against spills, but it was too flimsy to protect against indentations. It also had a strange backing on it that I wasnt sure would be good for the leather in 100+ degree Texas heat. This seat protector has no weird adhesive material, but it stays in place just fine. It covers most of the back of the seat in my 2018 Camry, except for about 3 or 4 inches at the very top. Even with that shortfall, this is still the best car protector for us.

> 3 dayOkay, so this thing was a major lifesaver for my car. It is great for catching the mess that your child will undoubtedly make. I took it out to clean my car and the area was spotless. And it was easy to clean. Just spray a hose to it and let it dry.

Greater than one weekDecided to purchased this item for my upcominy new born. It is easy to assemlble, just have to strap on the headrest an the lay out the rest of the seat guard. I would recommend for parents who still want to keep their car clean and car seat dent free.

> 3 dayI bought this after buying a different brand seat protector and I have to say that this is a very high quality product. The base has rubber grippers that help to hold it in place and it also has a little lip around the outside that holds a car seat or booster seat in place. The seat part is made of a semi rigid material so it stays in place and protects. The other seat protector i tried is not rigid and so sometimes it slips around under the car seat. I had read reviews that said the rubber grippers leave a mark on seats but this has not happened to me and I have had the protector in use for about 6 months. I have leather seats and will update this review if I notice any issues or damge.

> 3 dayEvery parents dream! If you are a parent, you MUST purchase this to protect your car seats. This protects from the car seats from digging into your back seats which extends the life of the back seats. The BONUS is that it really helps collect any food/spills if your kid has an accident in the car. This has been an absolute saver when my son spilled his milk and when he emptied all his cheerios in the car. I was able to easily wipe it down or vacuum the spilled snacks. Honestly this is a really great gift to new parents as well. Every time someone sees this in our cars, they ALWAYS ask us where we got it from. We happily say AMAZON! I love the Brica one the most since its a little thicker and easier to clean. The other ones we had didnt hold up as well. Worth every penny!
