It works to block the sun from the baby

These are okay. Definitely not big enough for our windows and pretty sheer when sun is shining. Will probably be getting another option.

These window shades were super easy to install and work great. Pro: - Double hanging option. Between the suction cups and the window clips these stay on the window quite well. - They block enough light so that my daughter isnt squinting into the sun coming through the window yet still allow her to see out. - The white hot indicator that lets you know when the car is too hot (although I also learned this will turn white if you touch it with your finger so it is pretty sensitive) - They keep her cooler. - The quick retract button. I remember the older screens where you had to keep pulling them until they finally retracted. These retract very quickly (almost a little too quickly) but it is super easy. Cons: Havent came across any yet.

Works great. The problem is most windows are larger than the area or the shade. This produced inconsistencies with sjade coverage. While I liked the rewinding mechanism, it was too small for our windows in the 4runner. We had to return them.

Kept sun off baby, but sometimes hard to retract

I really like the retractable screens that dont require any complicated installation. Unfortunately, the screen doesnt block the sun too well. Plus, the screen is too small for sedan and SUV rear windows. You cant keep adjusting the screen depending on the angle of sunrays.

Looks cheap

Seems well built but I havent driven with it yet. With the front windows down and the shade out Im sure the wind will render these useless. However with the AC on with all windows up these will work well. 4/5 Stars because I wish they were wider. Plus the window clips are very think and may create a gap for air to seep through and whistle. BEWARE - Our rear windows on the shorter Lincoln Navigator only go down 80%, so the clips are fine for my application. If your windows go down all the way, the kids may have to understand how it all works.

Easy to install and easy to use. The only downside to these Shades is there size. They are long enough to extend the full length of the window, but unfortunately are very narrow and do not cover the entire window. Also there is about a half inch Gap at the top which doesnt sound like much but when the sun is shining deters the purpose of keeping the Sun out of your eyes. Also I drive a Toyota Corolla so the windows are not extremely large, probably a bigger problem in SUVs or trucks

It be great if the top of your window is perfectly square but if your window is angled, you have a big gap at the top. I have no idea why people say the suction cups dont work but they obviously dont know you have to get them wet to put them on the window, they work fantastic. Its sort of a pain in the butt when you forget its there and you roll down your window to go to the bank or the drive-through and the bottom tabs come off but thats my own fault. I think its a really great product, I purchased this because I just had my skin lasered and the left side of my face was a lot worse than my right side because of the sun.
