Bought this to help keep my sublimation sheets on the shirt and works amazing! Doesn’t leave any marks at all when heated up.

I havent used this yet, but the package clearly says that it is Made in China. And, since Kapton is a registered trademark of the DuPont Corporation, this is clearly NOT Kapton tape. It may be similar, but that remains to be seen.

I chose this because it was one of the lowest priced ones with good reviews. Its been working great so far. Ive had it up to 400* with no problems removing from cotton/poly blend shirts or satin (polyester) ribbon. It holds great right where I put it. Id recommend buying a tape dispenser to go with it when you order if you dont already have one. Thats my next purchase so the tape doesnt keep rolling back on itself. Definitely worth the money.

This tape has a different texture compared to other heat tapes I have used. It leaves a yellow mark where the tape was. I tried alcohol, acetone, and goo gone to get the yellow off the cups. It wont come off. Thankfully it wasnt a customers order or my last blank. I defiantly will never buy again.

I use this on all the sublimation shirts that I make in my small business, very thin but works great when pressing with heat press. When you are cutting it off it will curl up pretty quickly so just be prepared, but overall I love it!

I used the tape within a card DVD Navigation system, and the unit gets hot. This tape held up perfectly and solved my problems . I have several kits in my future and this tape will be used for any of the cases where I will need tape.
