Great video quality. I also like the alarms you can set for temperature and sound (both fully adjustable). You do have to pay additional for more than two night’s sleep data (we haven’t), but overall I’ve really enjoyed it. I love the phone interface and they even have a picture In picture feature so you can keep an eye on your little while scrolling in other apps. Bought on cyber Monday for 33% off

My husband and I loved having this for our little one to keep track of his sleep quality and times. The alerts go straight to your phone, and I was able to check in on my little guy even While at work. The two way audio was a nice feature to help soothe our son back to sleep without having to go into the room. We just wished for the price point that the tracking would be a built in feature rather than a trial period that you then have to subscribe to continue. Then it’s just an overpriced baby monitor. Too many subscriptions in this world we live in!

I love this baby cam! The quality is so clear and the camera is so responsive to movement and sleep cycles!

This camera works great all around but for whatever reason you are unable to find basic information like the serial number and wireless configuration information (MAC/IP address) in the app. This is a pretty standard feature on all smart devices except for this one. It is really important to be able to view this information on demand in case you need to connect to hotel wifi when traveling and to protect your home network from any outside threats with MAC filtering. Like I said pretty much every other smart device has this information readily available from the app or other system information. Nanit needs to update this.

There are two major benefits of using nanit: 1. Using your phone/tablet as the baby monitor. At first, i thought this was a disadvantage, because we would need to rely on our phones that we might be using for something else. But today we have almost a dedicated tablet for it AND we open the nanit app in our phones whenever theres a motion in the crib, so we can check in. 2. The analytics. Im a huge fan of analytics and nanit gives us a lot of data. Yes, you have to pay a premium. But lets face it, we spend so much money with our babies that this is well worth it.

I cannot believe that I need to subscribe in order to view video history. I understand that storage and processing incurs cost, and I am OK to pay to get extra features, such as playback length, more insightful analysis, permanent storage size, etc. But unable to view the recording of last night after buying this premium product is simply unacceptable. The image quality itself is pretty decent, with some inconsistency and latency depending on your internet connections. Night vision is great. But for the reasons listed above, I cannot keep it.

we LOVE our Nanit. The stands are easy to move around, it’s easy to use. Only 4 stars because I wish we could cast it to a google or Alexa.
