Not dramatically smaller, but still noticeable. Havent used it but will likely buy the compact size again versus standard.

it says sweaty or hairy casualties whats the purpose of a chest seal on a corpse? Just curious

Haven’t used it yet, thank god. Seems to be a quality product though, so if the time comes that I may need it, I’m confident it will do what it’s supposed to.

The best Chest seals for an IFAK. Small enough to fit in an Ifak, tough outer packaging to keep them sterile and undamaged. These are a must for anyone who is involved in outdoor adventures and the shooting sports. NAR are the leaders in high quality first aid products.

Luckily I havent used this product yet. The packaging is perfect. Wont expire for a very long time and it is good to know I have it in case. I ordered enough for each of my first aid kits and my husbands kit too. It is something I recommend to everyone looking to expand a basic kit and is indispensable for a chest wound.
