I use D3 daily to keep my levels normal. These tablets have no taste and are thin. My only complaint would be they are very chalky and leave dust on your fingers. Price wise they are worth it.

It was very help full and I feel better now.

Tastes great! I dont feel like it dissolves THAT fast though. I usually move it around in my mouth or give it one or two chews to help it dissolve.

I chose these because they are chewable. I think that taking these had made the darkness of winter not affect my mood this year
