Been using it for years. I recommend it to anyone especially during weather change (beginning of winter/flu season). Best time to take it is during the onset of the flu. If taken during it will cut the recovery time by more than half. I use it in conjunction with fizzy Vitamin C 1000 mg (along with plenty of rest) and it works like magic!

I have been taking Esberitox for many years now and Ive found it to be very effective and I highly recommend it! My naturopath recommended that I chew 3 tablets when symptoms first appear, followed by 3 more every fifteen minutes for one hour (total of 12 in one hour). After that, chew 3 tablets 3xday: morning, noon and night until symptoms disappear. Esberitox is a healthy alternative to allopathic healing modalities.

Ive been using this product for about 10 years, at the recommendation of my mom while I was growing up. You have to take it very early on--like the second you feel like you might be getting sick--but the results are always stunning. I pair this product with some zinc pills (1x zinc, 6-8x esberitox) once every 12-ish hours if I feel like I might be getting sick and seriously I havent had a cold since. Its been like 4 years. Definitely amazing and worth the money!

My boss recommended this to me to take right when I feel a cold or sickness coming or even before travelling to help boost my immune system. Works great and take it with me on long travels to the mainland and internationally. If you dont like chewable, better to take a pill form. But these dont have a chalky texture to it.
