> 3 dayThis is the best soy protein around. I have been using this brand, for years and it is always consistent with quality. I use mine with almond milk unsweetened 30 cal per glass. I also add cinnamon and flax seed to my shake. The price here for all these times is awesome. I used to by this from a vitiam store and paid lots if money each month, now one 5lb last about 3 months (wife and I use it), and cost about 1/3 the price. My only disappointment is that I cant find a Prime vendor so I can save $7.15 each shipment

> 3 dayAbsolutely delicious and totally nutritious. Ive had the Cookies and Cream and Banana flavored shakes too, and although they are WONDERFUL, the chocolate just may be the best. GREAT with almond milk...especially the almond coconut milk made by Blue Diamond.

> 3 dayIve been a fan for years. Unfortunately, their new formula is abysmal, atrocious, abso-smurfly-horrible. Its been sweetened for some unknowable reason and now has a cloying, off flavor. The reformulation has killed an excellent product, and neither I nor my kids (8 and 10) can stand to drink the stuff. Not recommended.

> 3 dayI eat this for breakfast four days a week and it makes me feel quick and energized! I love starting my day with this because it is so quick to blend up (as opposed to cooking a nutritious meal) and keeps me full and energized for a long time. Also, I can drink this and then work out in the mornings without feeling bloated or cramps during my work out. Also try adding other stuff to it like cinnamon, yogurt, fruit, some spinach, etc. its fun to experiment.
