I love Spiru-tein products. I’ve been buying them for over 20 years. They taste delicious, no funky aftertaste like others. They also don’t make my stomach hurt. I always feel full and energized after drinking one!

This has a totally different taste than in the past and I could tell from the minute I took my first sip. Horrible taste!! Worse than that, I bought two containers and Herbalicious will not accept a return. Terrible customer service. Dont buy this--you will be wasting your money!

Been using SPIRU-TEIN for maybe 20 years and didnt notice the changes they made that others complain about. Maybe because I add several things and make it using chocolate almond milk, the change wasnt obvious to me. I usually add an apple or two, frozen cherries and berries, cinnamon, turmeric and if Im feeling spicy, some cayenne powder. Also, any fruit that maybe has gone a little long to want to eat normal, like bananas, plums, whatever. Mix has an excellent protein level as well as vitamins and minerals. Will continue to buy.
