Bought to print shipping labels and occasional email or receipt. Does what I need. Prints quickly & with good quality.

Arrived broken. Shipping box damaged. Vibrates when printing. Type is distorted and hard to read. Not at all clear or concise.

Second canon we buy and similar issues with the wireless connection. Randomly connects / fails to connect. Very annoying when you need to print and it just doesn’t connect on that day. And it seems same issue for different models. Very poor.

The written description of the printer did not specify the model number: The item is Canon Pixma TS202. I could have bought the printer via other sellers for a lot less money. Nevertheless, I had many papers that needed to be printed, so I opened the box and attempted to set up the printer. After closely following the enclosed instructions, the printer did not turn on, i.e. it never worked. I consulted the Problem Q&A page, which had an entry for the printer not turning on, among other entries. Despite following the instructions, it did not turn on. Fortunately Amazon gave me a full refund after I returned the printer.

Do not waste your money on this printer. And if you DO want to buy this one, go to the other seller on Amazon and spend the $50 its listed for instead of the $120 from this seller. The printer never wants to come online, never wants to connect to the computer, doesnt want to pickup any connection. Troubleshooting any way I can and struggle non stop for it to MAYBE work once in a while. The only reason I didnt return is I bought it, didnt setup immediately to know how problematic it is and missed my return window. Ive gotten it to print less than a handful of times for only black ink documents and it says it already needs ink....so thats cool.

The NEEGO Canon Pixma printer is actually the Canon Pixma TS202 which sells elsewhere on Amazon for less than HALF the price NEEGO is charging! The only difference is that NEEGO includes a 6 ft. USB cord not included with the TS202 branded model. So, effectively, NEEGO is charging the price of a SECOND printer for including a lousy USB cord! Id love to return this unit but I dont want to go though the trouble of returning and reordering it under the TS202 label along with a separate USB cable. Ok NEEGO, ya got me! Buyers BEWARE! These guys are scammers!

Im not seeing any difference between this printer and the Canon Pixma ts202. To me they are one in the same printer. The big difference of course is the cost. This one is twice as expensive.
