This is a beautiful product, but unfortunately, it does not last very long. Only after a few months of use, it rots and causing some really nasty issues.

I loved the 3 rooms, and everything overall. Sadly, my 5 hamsters got mites from all of niteangel wood products. Hopefully you guys won’t have to experience that!! Now I have 5 expensive vet bills, and don’t know if I will have a chance for a replacement.

I have these for my dwarf and my Syrian and they all absolutely love them. The rooms cater to their natural desire to have chambers for different uses. The open bottom lets them burrow down into the bedding and make secret tunnels beneath their house. The removable lid allows you to open the house up without completely disturbing your hamster or the layout of their house. I love calling my hamster and seeing them pop their head out of the front door like someone greeting a visitor. Its just so cute. Get one, your hamster will love it.

Great for my dwarf hamster, easy to assemble, easy to clean, hamster sleeps comfortably in it. I love how easily the top pops off so I can check on him. 5/5 would buy again!

Got this for the removable roof, to make cleaning easier. Its just the right size for our Syrian hamster, fits great in his Detolf habitat. I mixed some plant based food coloring to stain the outside (was trying for brown but it came out greenish; still looks good), then lightly sanded it with the provided sandpaper and waterproofed the top by applying clear non-shiny contact paper. Running a utility knife along the edge to trim the excess worked great. Hopefully it will last, meanwhile the top is protected. Will see if the inside stays clean.

my female syrian really loves it

It’s perfect! My hamster loves it!! He sleeps in there all day. He only comes out at night to go on his wheel. It’s nice because I’m able to set his food and water on top of it. He climbs out of the top hole to get to his food and water.

Bought this for my Syrian and he loves it. You just place the bottom in the cage and set the lid on top. Very sturdy feel. Hammy loves to poke his head out of the top hole and Im sure it really reduces the noise level tucked away in there. I placed my new NiteAngel large wheel on top and theres room to spare. You would need to have a large bin/tote or other cage with height to make this work but hamsters should be in a large (not store bought) cage anyway. Most cages in the stores are WAY too small.
