> 3 dayGet a little louder than I expected for Noctua but over all great fans, no complaints other than they did not work with a fan controller I got that only had 2 pins for each fan header. Not sure if 4 pin into 2 pin is a nonbo for 4 pin fans but just beware and make sure you research your fan controllers if youre going to use them with these fans.

> 3 dayIve been using Noctua fans for almost a decade now and their attention to quality has never ceased to amaze me. I had the puke brown fans until this year and never needed to use their great warranty. When these fans were announced I couldnt have been happier; black fans, server grade, great warranty, higher RPM, and basically bullet proof. You cant really ask for anything more in a fan.

> 3 dayThis review is based on a comparison of the NF-A14 industrial 2000rpm model vs the NF-A14 standard 1500rpm pc version. I purchased this to see if I could eke out some better cooling performance at the cost of increased noise. Problem was is the type of noise this fan produces wasnt what I was expecting. I figured it would just be more air flow or wind noise but the motor itself is what is annoying. It buzzes at lower rpms and whines at speed. And the performance gained was marginal. Just really not worth it over the quiet pc version. To be fair to Noctua, they do have a disclaimer on their website about the noise of these fans, its just not the type of noise youd expect. Id recommend if performance is your only concern and you really dont mind loud fans, then skip these and grab the 3000rpm versions. Theyre even louder but theyll also cool much better.

> 3 dayWhat a great fan. It has plenty of pressure and cooling capacity. It will outperform almost any fan at any given speed. Yes, its quiet too.

Greater than one weekWow these fans are NOISY. VERY loud when they kick up. Also the cables are VERY short, had to buy extension cables just to be able to plug them into my motherboard.

> 3 dayAdded mine to the back of my case and it dropped my GPU temps at load about 5 Celsius. It isnt terribly loud either. It doesnt have a whine like some of my stock fans do. Id recommend to anyone whos looking to cool their PC some more.
