Noctua NF-A9 PWM chromax.Black.swap, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (92mm, Black)

I bought this fan to replace the stock 80mm fan in my Dell G5 desktop to improve airflow since this pc only has 1 case fan. It was very easy to install, my case already had pre-drilled holes for a 92mm fan. It is also much quieter than the stock fan. I paired this fan with a Noctua NH-U9S cpu cooler and they lowered my temps by over 20c. Overall nice fan, worth the money.

These are great case fans. They will run reliably and quietly for years while moving a decent amount of air. It is nice that Noctua decided to finally make them in black, rather than that beige brown color. The PWM is nice if you are using the Motherboard to control the fan speed. Great quality here.

Great quality - I have three noctua fans in a new build - quieter than my old computer with one fan - cant even hear them running.

As expected from Noctua, this fan seems very well built. It runs smoothly with very minimal vibrations and is extremely quiet even at full speed. It was clearly designed more for silence than performance though since it doesnt move a huge amount of air even when running at full speed in open air. Id say it has about average performance for a 92MM fan with much lower than average noise.

I got this installed four weeks ago on my HP OMEN 30L because the preinstall fan the PC came with was noisy. Chose this kind of fan because its suppose to run the fan nearly silent as possible.
